We are now open on the weekend, depending on numbers, with a new and exciting dinner menu. Choose from fish, lobster, conch or chicken and porkchops with a variety of side dishes. Also, we serve red and white house wines. The restaurant takes on a different character and feel in the evening which makes your dining with us a special time. Come for breakfast, lunch and dinner. check with us about dinner reservations or enquiries.

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FISH.....bring it in. We'll prepare it for you.

So, whether you wish to have bacon and eggs or Bahamian "stew conch or stew or broiled fish", we will prepare your food to Captain Bob's standards of quality and taste. And don't forget to come back for dinner.

We also prepare take-away foods if you can't stay in the restaurant and dine with us. Anglers often want breakfast "to go" and luncheon sandwiches can be prepared to take along on your vessel for day's fishing.

Chrishawn Saunders is our sous chef and also assists in table serving.  

Remember, we also provide milk, sodas, juices, GatorAde and water to quench the thirst of almost everyone. But our coffee is said to be the best found on Bimini.
